Aenguss, this account was locked up for your protection since it seemed the compromiser kept getting back into it. It's still locked at this point.
It's not going to do a lot of good to transfer anything if you still have malware or a security breach. That's how they keep getting back in, somehow they were getting your information.
Until that is found, they will KEEP getting your information, sadly - we see this far too often.
You need to find the source of this and make absolutely certain your system and email are secure - then contact Billing to get back into control, get your email changed, etc.
