GM Ticket Disappear

I've had a ticket open the last 6 days concerning Mysterious Egg which wouldn't open for me and is at 0 seconds. Today I log on, ticket is gone. No in game response or email from a gm explaining what the action would be. The item is still locked, if I knew it would of took this long would of just threw the egg out and bought a new one =/

Sorry for any confusion caused, Sleepytime, it looks like the in-game response you were to receive wasn't sent.

Although we are unable to adjust the cooldown period on the Mysterious Egg, we were able to give you a Cracked Egg which is ready to open and is located where your Mysterious Egg was. That has the same odds to receive the mount, pet, or aged yoke as if you hatched it yourself.
