Account hacked.

My account was recently hacked and luckily I was able to secure it. However, All my items are gone - I have sent in a GM ticket about restoring my items and was blessed with a quick response. However, I am confused as to how I get my gear back; will it magically appear in my bags one day, am I supposed to have a ticket open with them until they restore my gear, or do I just wait?

You should actually be hearing from your Specialist fairly soon, Tangaroa. Keep an eye on your email.
