I've checked, Sonofdoom, and from what I've been able to determine the transfer is still processing. There may be a bit of delay due to the method of payment but it does appear to be going through. The advice that I received would be to allow it to continue to process. You may want to check the following link periodically, it will update when your transfer is complete.

While you are waiting for your character transfer to finish, you can toss an email over to [email protected] describing any feedback you have about in-game GMs, or GMs here in the customer service forum.
