So, I have a few days off from work, and wouldn't you know it, the servers are down for 24 hours. Ok, cool, it happens. So I decide to kill some time, head to the store and upgrade my iPhone to the 4g. When I transfer over my Bnet authenticator, it must have automatically rekeyed it. Now, I am locked out of my account, since the codes generated don't match.

So I fill out the web form... no response. I tried calling all yesterday and they have so few CS reps that they don't even have a spot in the call queue, meaning I have to repeatedly call all day to no avail. So this morning, I call at 7pst on the dot, since that is when they are open to receive calls. I miraculously connect for the first time in 2 days. It says I have an 8 min wait time - cool. After about 5 mins, the call tree disconnects me. Then I call back, it immediately disconnects me... 5 more times. By the time I am actually able to connect. I get that freakin message telling me they are so busy that they don't even have spot for me in the call queue again.

REALLY? So, do you think that MAYBE 10 minutes after open, if you are so "flooded" with calls, that MAYBE you might want to consider hiring more freakin staff.

All I want is to be able to access my own freakin account, or at the very least, talk to a human being about it.

There may have been brief issues with the phones this morning, I've seen a few reports.

We have MANY reps, and MANY phone lines, but we have even more callers trying to get in touch.

I've been told hitting redial as soon as you get the lines full message is one of the more sure ways to get a spot in the queue.
