This character is apparently on my account, but I cannot view it in game. I cannot log into this character in game, but I can use it on the forums. Hoping to get this issue fixed. :/

Forum avatars can sometimes take a LONG time to update.

This would be an old deleted character since you can no longer see it ingame. Since I don't even see it in your deleted characters, it's actually been gone quite some time. Lower level deleted toons aren't retained indefinitely.
