Ticket Escalated.

So i had a thread going for the last couple days on a problem i was having. I took the advice of the GM who answered me and re-posted a ticket as the first time it found nothing wrong.

The ticket now says it's been escalated which i assume means a "specialist" is looking into it. I hear it can take up to a couple days which is fine, but i don't plan to play a Paladin with no gear while i wait, so will i just receive and email after they've finished the investigation like normal?

Also want to say thank you to the people who are taking time to look into this issue "again." :)

It looks like the original investigation did not turn up anything unusual, Unstopbubble. It is currently being looked at again so hopefully we'll be able to verify the compromise and the loss of items. If we are we should be able to restore them.

To clarify the overall restoration process still took around 8-10 days, this was a follow up to the original investigation. :)
