I paid 3$ for this app and it works for non of my bank alts.. Why? My sub for it is ending in 10 days according to Bnet. And when you try and charge the card used, You will find that it has no funds left. I will not be adding funds to the card ether until someone tells me something about this.

Why am i paying for something that doesn't even work. It was advertised to be an online auction house for my iphone and yet when i select any of my bank toons, I get an error character not found.

Sorry to be harsh but i'm not going to throw away money on something that wont work. Otherwise this is a cool app and i wished it did work!

Can you give me the name and realm of the character in question, Ici? I know that there is no character level restriction/requirement to use the Remote Auction House application on ones phone-I can speak from personal experience, as my own bank alt is the one I access the AH with on my own phone.

If you can provide me the name and realm of the character you are receiving the error with, I'd be happy to look into this further.

As is my own-well, he may have gotten to level two on his trek to the bank/mailbox/auction house. I can assure you that it is not intended to be level ten. I’ll be looking


Anyhow, I'll poke around a bit and see if we can't get to the bottom of this, Ici. I'll post here when I get any further information, or need you to test anything.

Unfortunately not as of yet, Ici. I am waiting on information from others, in hopes that they may be able to assist me in assisting you. I have a feeling I won't have any more information until tomorrow, though. :0/

It occurred to me that you are using the iPhone application, which is slightly different than the application I use, and it also provides the ability to look at the Armory. I have a feeling that you are selecting Bankmon, and the application is attempting to access the Mobile Armory, instead of the Auction House. You may be able to resolve the issue by doing the following:

Access the application (go to the home page, so that I know you are working from the same display section as I am). From there, you should see a character in the bottom left corner of your screen with a white arrow to the right of it. Press the arrow, which will pull up a list of characters that you have on your account. Now, instead of simply selecting the character (as I believe you have been doing in the past), I would like you to press the faded out crown with a ring around it. This will select the character, but not try to access the Armory page-which would result in an error since the character is level 2, and would not display on the Armory.

You should now be back at the home page, if not, you should be able to minimize the character selection section, and return there. At this point, you should be able to successfully select the top right option, which should be Remote Auction House button.

Please try these steps, and let me know if it allows you to use the Auction House with Bankmon.

Well, that throws that theory out the window! Sorry to get your hopes up on a possible answer to this issue, Ici. Perhaps when we reconvene tomorrow I will have more information for you. :0)

I'll definitely be paying for it again. Unfortunately i used a prepaid credit card for the first month and their is not enough left on the card for another payment. So I'll have to get a new one :)

But if i can't get a new one before the payment stops, And when it tries to renew - Will i get in trouble when it doesn't go threw?


Not at all! It would be similar to your account not having the funds available to may the payment for a new billing cycle. You will simply be unable to use the service until your payment method has been updated.

I'm glad that you were able to figure this our, Ici, and that you are happy with the service. :0)
