Account hacked / Comprimised?

Hey all, for some odd reason, my account has been hacked and merged with someone elses battle.net account. I've been registered since november 2009. I have valid proof that it was my account. I've emailed blizzard several times, and still no help. All I get back is a costumer service support survey but no help at all.

I've called multiple times and still no help. I don't want to have to rebuy everything because I don't have that kind of money. All I'm looking for is some kind of answer or help. Not a survey.

I would appreciate some help and not links to a email form or telling me to scan my computer because, I have no viruses, and I've emailed several times.
