WTB time reimbursement for sketchy patch

In my opinion something needs to be done for the customers that pay their hard earned money. I personally think it's really unfair for me to get home from work every day and constantly have several issues that are needed to be fixed, not due to my own doing.
First I had to fix my patch from even downloading past 70% and giving me some error message, luckily after searching i found one person who had the same problem and his fix actually worked.
Once I finally downloaded the patch my game of WOW doesn't load and between the time I get home to do my dailies and the time I need for sleep for work, as im sure im not the only one, it would be nice to know that this is a give-and-take relationship.
Hoping to realize not only the consumers but the company would be nothing without eachother.

If you would like to examine the possibility of reimbursement for those affected by technical issues associated with patch 3.3.5, Skillå, then you are welcome to make a request in the Suggestions forum. Pursuing individual reimbursement would be best directed to Account Services (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/contactbilling ).

If you are experiencing technical issues, though, then I would sincerely encourage you to contact Technical Support at your earliest convenience, as these issues may be client-side and therefore resolvable:

Good luck!
