Trying to get in contact with someone regarding a wrongful ban - have sent the e-mails and I have been redialling on my phone for 30 mins - would like a response. Really, really freaking out !

Do I just keep dialling and re-dialing? Because if this is how you have to contact blizz when something like this occurs it's frustrating and unfair, you make a game that's more addictive than crack and when we don't have access to it FOR NO GOOD REASON the process you have to go through to sort out the mistake makes you stress out even more. Is customer service only implied?

Some help (or a valium) would be appreciated.

On a ban, calling won't be very beneficial.
