She managed to change her password before any real harm was done, however it seems her character has been looted (judging from the armory page) and the scammer has added an authenticator to prevent login. I don't believe her computer security is compromised, however I do believe that we have a misunderstanding as to who was in control of the account at the time of closure.

Just to clarify, does this start the account restoration process or will this just turn the account back on?
