Need Authenticator unlock

My account was hacked on sunday 6/26, got in touch with customer support to retrieve my account, which i did, the authenticator and ban the hacker got me were removed from the forums, but when i go to log in game there is still and authenticator there. any help please!

This was removed yesterday when they overturned the account action and unlocked the account, Orathon.

If what you are seeing is an authenticator box on the login screen, that happens if you have the save account name box checked - and there was an authenticator on. Should go away once you log in if you don't have one - just ignore it for now.

I would, however, highly recommend the addition of one to add an extra layer of protection to your account.

We may be temporarily out of stock on the keyfobs at the moment, but we also have a mobile version if you have a supported device.

Could you try a reset UI for me. Log totally to desktop, go over the procedure below and then retry.

There is no authenticator on this account at present.

To do a full reset UI, you will want to save your addons in another spot if you wish to preserve them.

Then rename/delete or move your WTF, Cache and Interface folders while WoW is shutdown. Reboot your system.

Note, if you are running Vista make sure your permissions are set so it does not undo your changes.
