I was curious, since I live directly in the path of Hurricane Kyle which is headed toward Southern Texas Coast, will it be possible have no power for a few days. I was just curious if it would be possible to get time credits since after the storm for the time I was not able to play? I am just curious.

Thanks

I am not asking for them preemptively, but more wanting to know in situations where natural distaster occur if compensation is credited to the account? I was really more curious if I should bother contacting Blizzard about it in the first place.

Astrith, I couldn't say for certain, you are welcome to contact our Billing and Account services though, they would be able to make that determination.

You can call 1 (800) 592 5499 (1-800-59-BLIZZARD) 7AM-8PM (PST/PDT) for live representation.
Australian users should please call 1-800-041-378 if the standard 800 line does not work.

Good luck and stay safe during the hurricane, Astrith.

Are you kidding me? So your saying like the earthquake in Haiti, that would be called an Act of God?

Yes, as Pahanda indicated it is a fairly common term. It simply means an event outside of human control. Floods, earthquakes, hurricanes, meteors.

Hmm, I wonder where alien invasion would fall. That would be outside of human control yet not natural....does this mean that my game time is covered in the event of alien invasion?

That I couldn't say, Azinar, in the case of invasion I will be attempting to board a ship and collect some cool blast rays and other gadgets to retake the planet!
