Real ID Disabled Four Times Now

Real ID keeps disabling itself in the Parental Controls. This is the FOURTH time I've reactivated them, resulting in my friends list being cleared out. I used to use parental controls to keep myself from playing 18 hours a day, but now they're interfering with my Real ID friends list.

Why does Real ID keep getting disabled in the Parental Controls? How do I just disable parental controls all together? For the record, the parental controls are setup with my alternate email address, and only I have access to it.

This appears to be a known issue, Sadad, I'm checking to see if there is a work around or other update now.

I was unable to find a work around for the issue but everything I could find indicates that this may be resolved fairly soon. If I am able to get a better ETA I'll pass it along.
