3 weeks on an open ticket

I've had an open ticket in-game on Kil'jaeden since the 6th of June. I have yet to get any sort of answer for it. I realize you guys are backed up with problems, but 3 weeks is atrocious.

Can you provide me with the name of the character that submitted the petition, Cobane? Looking through the history of this particular account I am unable to find a petition that was opened on the 6th of June. It appears that the last petition that was placed in on this account would have been made 35 days ago at this point, and the issue was looked into and appropriate actions taken.

If you are able to provide me with a bit more information I would gladly look into what may be taking so long, Cobane.

Ah yes my mistake, Cobane. I looked up the petition for this character specifically, and not just the account as a whole, I must have missed it the last time, my apologies.

As for it taking as long as it has, there seems to have been a complication with the investigation, causing it to take longer than normal. You should be contacted regarding this by the end of the day, though, to have your side of this petition wrapped up.
