Ticket Closed After 6 days No Response

I had a ticket open for 6 days waiting patiently....come patch day my ticket was closed when i logged back on....no response just closed.............come on after 6 days you could have at least acknowledged the ticket.....i posted my issue in the forum and was told to open a ticket which i did only for it to be closed.....................

If you wish to provide feedback regarding a response or lack of one, Furei, the best thing to do is to write to wowgmfeedback-us@blizzard.com.

As for this particular issue it does appear that the petition was addressed but the in-game response you should have received was accidentally not sent to you. As with all harassment reports it stated that we would look into your report and take what actions were appropriate for any violations found.

Sorry for the confusion.

No, but this is not a petition queue, we address what threads we can when we can but are unable to answer each and every one. Jumping into threads that we have already addressed to request an answer to yours is not recommended.
