Restoration Status Report please

Day 12 and while I must be greatful for the partial restore, I'm curious as to when my main Shizsam will be restored he doesn't have anything. Also since they disbanded the guild with much sadness is it possible to have that reinstated to the character that is the gm. Anyways information would be most helpful. I know I've been a bit of a pain in the neck but I really like playing this game.
