Hi okay so heres a rundown of whats happened.....on Wednesday June 30th,2010 my account was hacked the email to the account was changed and so was the password. I sent multiple emails to blizz and nothing until I log onto my friends account and made a ticket. I got my account back on Sunday July 4th, 2010 at around 2:00pm and the account was disabled until further notice. So around 11' o clock that night...I WAS HACKED AGAIN. So the email was changed again and so was the password. So I log onto my friends account make a ticket and this gm says I have to call Billing even though I last time a gm was able to reset the email without having me to call billing. This GM couldn't do so? So I say okay and then fill out a survey. So i log onto my email and i get an email...saying to fill out a survey....if their able to send me stuff about survey, how come they cant allow me to log into battle.net account! My only question is if a GM can do this why cant he restore my email. The GM i first talked to that reset my email to its original email so I can log in was Game Master Tuiken. Could a gm please reset the email on the account cause i know you can without having to call billing. Thank You for taking your time to read this thread.

I'm going to post the fuller instructions on compromises below, but you have GOT to find the source of this - or it WILL keep happening.

----------------------

If an account has been merged to a Battle.net, or if an email has been changed, or an authenticator added to the account (not the player's own) one of your first stops is going to be Billing. They need to get those sorted out first so the rest of the processes can continue.

Billing and Account Services
Phone Support - 1 (800) 59-BLIZZ (1 (800) 592 5499)
Live Representatives Available 7 days a week, 7am to 8pm Pacific Time
E-mail Support - [email protected]
Players in Australia should call 1-800-041-378
Players in Singapore should call 800-2549-9273
Players in Chile should call 1230-020-5554
Players in Mexico should call 001-888-578-7628
Players in Argentina should call 0800-333-0778
All other international players should call: (949) 955-0283

Now, it's very very important to figure out where the security breach occurred. If they CAN get back in, they WILL be back. That, unfortunately, you can count on.

These two stickies should prove helpful.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

I do wish you all the very best on a speedy recovery.

Q u o t e:
Okay so I called billing and I couldn't get a hold of them but they said I could do this stuff online...and I know I can because its been done before

I'd recommend continuing to call. If you redial quickly upon getting the lines full message, you should be able to get into the queue - spots do open quite regularly.

One issue here is this is not the first time this has happened. They may need some additional identification information from you - but if it can be done over the phone, that would ultimately be the most expedient means.
