Cancelled Server Xfer still went through?

Hey guys,

I'm sure this is pretty simple for you guys however I'm unsure how it actually happened and want to know the best way to go about rectifying it.

Organised to do a Server Xfer for one of my Battlenet Linked Accounts and I meant to at the same time transfer it to my main account. I had a complete brain fart whilst doing it and forgot to do the different account at the same time.

I immediately went to cancel it though. At which point it wouldn't let me resubmit teh xfer straight away however I figured I should wait 30 min or so just to clear that entire order from your system. When I went to select that character it was unavailable (from recollection it was all highlighted blue?) and when I clicked the button for details it gave me the option to Unlock the Character. Figured easy enough, tried to unlock it and had an error so figured I'd just wait.

I log in later on (cant remember exactly when.. an hour? *shrug*) and the server xfer has gone through regardless of the fact that I had cancelled it.

I'm not at all annoyed, figured serves me right for having a brain fart and then what looks like a System Issue. My question for you guys however is not that in light of this, and I expected to pay another $25 again just to xfer it to the account I was after or can you guys do something about it? Be that return it to its original server/refund and I process it again or you guys pop him where he belongs.

I'm aware I shouldn't give out too much in the way of personal information so I'll try and be discreet about it as possible for you.

Character: 80 Warlock on Blackrock
Account Name: IR***X

The linked account I want it to be on is this account that this character I am posting is on (S****LY85).

I hope this information is vague enough for you to be able to rectify this or at least tell me the best way I can fix this. Ideally, I'd hate to have to spend another $25 but if push comes to shove, I understand and I'll just be more cautious in the future.

Cheers.

[EDIT]: Oh, all this will entirely be forgiven for a Beta Key instead lol ;)

Erm.. bump? ;)

I'm afraid the option to cancel is usually only able if there is a delay in the process. Most transfers are processed almost immediately. Unfortunately, Ehhvynn, you will need to contact our Billing and Account Services department for assistance with the transfer. It looks like the transfer was done very recently so it is possible that they can help.

Please note that our call volume is rather high at the moment but if you receive the message that was are unable to accept your call at this time hang up and try again. Sometimes it is simply a matter of timing to get through.

Good luck, Ehhvynn, I am very sorry for what confusion and inconvenience that was caused.

I make more then $25 an hour.. I'll just pay again.

Beta key is still an option however lol.

Unfortunately I don't have access to beta invites but you are welcome to opt-in if you haven't already. In the coming weeks we will need a lot of people to test the expansion, hopefully you can join us.
