Guild members have been proactive in this matter by notifying gm's ingame as well.

I was notifed of my acccount being compromised by a fellow guild member. The account has had an authenticator placed on it so I cannot login to contact a gm. I have attempted to call billing services to have it removed but was notified that the call queues are full. Was notified by guild founder and admins that indeed my character was stripped and items from the guild bank have been taken. An email has been sent to [email protected] and I am awaiting their response. Was wondering if there are any other steps that may help this process aside from the basics of securing the computer etc. Is there any other way to verify account ownership as I cannot contact billing services.
