I have been having same problem since wed the 30th morning at 0900 pst.. still getting same response.. it seems after I did the new in game follow your friends ie [email protected] that is when I got hacked.. seems like they might have a problem with this new software..
This actually isn't a software related issue, Drkvaderett. We're simply receiving a large number of calls and our phone queues are overburdened as a result. We're definitely looking to improve the quality of our service by reducing the number of calls turned away as a result of full queues. We thank you all for your patience in the meantime.
