you transfer money from one character to another, you have the account suspended. if you make more money than usual during the week, you have the account suspended.

I paid for the service in return get a crap service, they say they have to call or send a message by email. you send the message, and has already spent more than seven days that does not respond.

where is the expertise of a large company like this?

only lack a blue post saying that I must again follow the procedures that talk, call, send email to blah blah blah.

it is time to create shame and begin to work seriously, because until now, has only forum posts the same @#@!, copy and paste.
pay for a service, apparently flawed, because even with your tools players are being unfairly prejudiced.

I truly am sorry, Tizius, but I do not see your character's name and realm within this thread. If you can post it here, I will be able to look into this for you.

Thank you, Tizius. I do see that your emails have been received by the appropriate department and have been placed in queue. We do not have an ETA to provide you at this time; however, our Account Administrators will do their best to assist you as soon as possible.
