What's with the delay?

I was scammed out of the materials needed to craft leggings of woven death on June 23rd. Immediately afterward I submitted a ticket and waited for a response; the response thus far has been an escalation of the ticket occurring on June 26th. As tomorrow marks a week since I have last heard anything about it I am wondering when I could expect to hear something or perhaps even get my materials returned to me.

Thanks in advance for a response or any insight anybody can offer.
