my account was hacked nearly 2 weeks ago now, all of my items have been returned on every character. i have had a ticket open for nearly 5 days now regarding my rogue being transfered to a different server. When i try log in it says my character is undergoing some character update and that i can log in once it is complete. Please tell me what this character update is and when i can expect to see my character again please!! i was told by a GM it should only take 9-11 days for the process to be complete.
