Please help! I was on late, (getting druid flight form) & saw my sister, who lives in Vt, logging on. I knew it wasn't her - I asked & suddenly she has a character named something like Adflad, a L1 warrior in Stormwind.

That person is on now.

Help!

The character is Adfafd, & it's definitely not her. They invited me to a group, and couldn't speak much English. Oh, help, help!

I see where you reported this, and they don't seem to be on now.

She'll need to check her email for a new password.

I'd also encourage you to pass on the information below if you can.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

Another question - since we have Real ID, the hacker now has my name... Is that a problem? (she says in a high, nervous voice)

Well, that is ALL they have, so the chances of it being terribly useful to them aren't that high.

They can't see your email.
