Help! Someone hacked my friends account.

I currently have a ticket open in game addressing this issue first off, hopefully a moderator can assist the problem. My friend whom i know in real life cannot log into his account. He has obviously been hacked and locked out with a false authenticator code. I logged into my account and there the hacker is, currently sitting in Hellfire Ramparts for the last couple hours now. If any moderator could freeze his account as soon as possible that world be great. He has lost complete control over his account as of now. The hacker is still online just sitting in that instance. please help!

I thought this would be some additional help to stop this hacker from harming his account. Thank you and please act fast.

If you could have your friend check his email for further instructions.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.
