Banned, this is wrong, wtb blue response plz.

My wife's account has been banned for apparently buying gold even though this has never happened and never will. We have been trying for 12 hours now to contact the Blizzard Accounts service by phone and we cannot even get in the queue.

Basically, we're pretty mad about this. If you take a glance over her logs you will see that she's never received gold from anyone and the 13k gold she has spread over 3 lvl 80's has been built up over the course of over a year.

I won't give account info but her main toon is called Verpa and she is on the Lethon server on alliance. I'm sure you can access her information from those details.

Please could a blue sort this out. It is totally unfair on my wife who has done nothing wrong and this is causing her a great deal of stress. Also plz have a look at your phone support service. I'm really not sure how 12 hours of repeat attempts to contact Blizzard Accounts won't even get us in a queue.
