Nice job! Ruby Sanctum is up... sort of

So, Kirin Tor leader in Dalaran has a quest to see Krasus. Krasus has a quest to enter the Ruby Sanctum. So 3 of us group up, 2 of us enter the Ruby Sanctum.

Now we're stuck. Teleporter back out doesn't work. Hearthstones don't work. Argent Crusade tabards don't work. Logout option doesn't work. Exit game option doesn't work. We can't freaking exit the game! So we have to shut it down manually.

Anyone want to guess where you end up, if you hard reboot and restart WoW while in the Ruby Sanctum? That's right. Back in the Ruby Sanctum. Where nothing works. Just stuck there.

Great job of testing Blizzard. Really. If the Ruby Sanctum isn't meant to be entered, someone forgot to tell it. And why is there a quest up to enter it, if we're going to get bugged out and unable to do ANYTHING once we're inside?

The Ruby Sanctum is indeed intended to be available, but I'm sorry to hear that you're stuck =(. While we're unable to resolve such issues via the forum, you can certainly submit an in-game petition from a different character on the same account, and a member of our staff will do their utmost to help as swiftly as possible!

When you submit such a petition, it's best to keep the following points in mind:

• Always use the ‘Character Stuck’ button when you submit this kind of petition.
• Include the word 'stuck' in your petition.
• Include the name and realm of the stuck character.
• Include where your character was before they got stuck
• Mention whether you are stuck at the loading screen, are unable to remain in-game, are trapped on terrain, are unable to find your body, or fell ‘through the world’

If you are concerned that this is a larger issue with the Ruby Sanctum, please feel free to contribute a thread on our Bug Report forum so we can gather information on the subject.

Wasn't the idea to release the new content to everyone at the same time? Blizzard seemed to have went out of their way to do that...... and failed miserably. I seriously doubt that the release of Ruby Sanctum was intentional, it just doesn't make any sense. Why go to all that trouble, delay the release in the US just to release it when half the US servers are down? I don't buy it for a second. What we have hear is a genuine FUBAR situation, and blizzard is trying to act like they released the content on purpose because the alternative is out of the question. Way to go blizz, thanks for putting everyone through the ringer to ensure "fairness" and then doing this. Bravo

Copy/pasting the same sentiments in multiple threads you post in, and hijacking other players' threads is unacceptable, however.
