Stuff like this makes me want quit. It's not that the servers are down longer, its that Blizzard is keeping us in the dark. Obviously it's not Blizzards fault that phone and ticket queues are long, there are 13 million people with problems, but CS reps are often rude or unsympathetic, traits of bad customer service.
How about giving a crap or two about your customers themselves and not just their money?
EDIT: Also how about putting that 200 million a month into something like reliable hardware and staff?
