Restoration and logs. Blue perhaps?

SO, i've been waiting for a few days for at least a GM response through email or something like that regarding restorations for my account.

I have yet to receieve something other than "you must wait 2 weeks because tickets are high" i understand this, this is not my only account.

I kep trying to ask if theres a point to have my ticket open and wait for gear thats from naxx/a bit of ulduar (on both my 80's)

So far, i've leaned towards "screw the ticket, they will probably just make me wait 2 weeks then tell me 'no'"

I've done this with my druid for balance gear, who is already almost ICC ready.

I need a GM to clarify, are logs for gear kept for ~1 year? i had BiS epics from naxx, hell i remember most of the gear on my characters piece by piece :S

and i know most of you guys will try to be helpful and tell me "ticket queues are taking longer than usual" but i understand this, and that is not what i'm looking to get an answer for

I do see an open investigation on this account, Zepheer.

The questions you are asking are very good ones, but only an investigation will tell if what you are requesting is still available.

Normally, the sooner something like this is reported the better the outcome. We do keep quite extensive logs, but they aren't infinite. We can only restore what we can see.

A lot also depends on exactly what happened.
