couple of weeks ago I opened a ticket about death's choice accidently being taken in a pug raid, I had won the roll and tickets were opened by myself, the person who ninja'd the trinket (ok so it wasn't really ninja'd he got DC with it in his possession after stating it would be distributed post anub to avoid people leaving raid (fair enough)) and also by the other melee who were present. So some week went by with the ticket open by all parties and when it was finally answered it just said that I may be contacted if this can be resolved... which I haven't... so am I missing something? Was there something not clear cut about this situation? I mean It seems pretty straight forward to me.

TL;DR where the hell is my trinket <3

Players are now able to trade Bind on Equip drops received in an instance to other qualifying members within two hours of played time. Because of this we are usually unable to assist in such situations. In certain cases though we may be in a position to help but we would need a petition from the person who received the item.

If such a petition were received, which of I'm afraid I'm not at liberty to discuss, we would determine if the request could be granted. If it could you would be contacted.
