my wife is trying to get her game back that she lost from a hacker some time ago..
im on the phone right now and we can not even get in on a call?
it says sry our call vol. is high just send us a e-mail. well my wife has sent a few e-mails about her account that was hacked some time ago but yet no one replys?

Actually, that is precisely the problem; our hold queue is full, which is why incoming calls receive the message in question =(.

Anyway, the solution to this problem is to spam redial them for 5-60 minutes straight. So you dial them, and as soon as it says high call volume you hang up and redial. Some say Sundays are easier than others.
