60 Day Pre-Paid Subscription Card

As you will see I am not big on forum posting. However, this one I feel is called for it. I purchased a 60 day pre-paid subscription card and it gives me this message: "The game card you entered is invalid.
Please check the that the 20 or 25-digit code is entered correctly. For further assistance visit the World of Warcraft support site. "

This is a brand new card and my account is due to expire on June 28, 2010. I have no clue what to do. I called Walmart, where I purchased this from, and they said they do not do refunds because it is scratched. I got a second card. It gave me the same message. Now I am extremely frustrated due to spending money on something that does not work. Please help.
