How will feedback be collected in the future?

Right now, as we can all see, a designated sticky is provided on the forums for the collection of feedback on upcoming changes.

In the future, logically speaking, won't the feedback concerning additions to this Real ID system become skewed since only people supporting the use of Real ID on the forums will be able to make their voice heard where it counts?

I hope I'm wrong, but I'm only wrong if the way feedback is currently gathered changes.
