Parental controls problem

I was trying to set up all of my accounts with parental controls. One one I made the error of inputing the wrong email address. How do I go about getting this fixed?

If you don't have access to the email address that those Parental Controls are tied to, it may be necessary to contact our Account Services department for assistance with this situation.
