Q u o t e:
Hi,
I've been waiting for 9 hours way into 4.30am my time, but why do I see people who posted later than me getting attended to earlier? It seems like the tech support is just attending to requests at random and not in a scheduled or organized manner.
I cannot keep staying up till 4.30am just to try to get through the phone lines which are always busy. I've got to work in the day just like the rest of you at blizzard.
I've scanned my computer and checked every other alternative, there are no viruses, malware or spyware, and I have never clicked on any links from e-mails that claimed they're from blizzard (obviously since they keep sending me e-mails although my account has been inactive for a year).
Could I PLEASE get some help. I would really like to get this solved so I can play some wow again asap.
I'm sorry if this has been frustrating for you, but while the Technical Support forum is a useful additional resource, it is not the only means of contacting our Technical Support department. You may find that you can receive personalized attention by our Technical Support staff directly. Here's that contact information:

If that is the case, then you may be best served by emailing or contacting our Account Services directly, and here's their contact information:

I understand that in your current state of frustration that it won't be welcome news, but all our services are impacted by a large number of incoming requests. If you opt to call, you'll be best served by using the redial feature. We recognize that this is not ideal situation, and we are working to provide speedier service to our players on multiple fronts. This is an ongoing process and we know that we still have a long way to go, but your understanding is appreciated in the meantime.

But, if you got hacked, Account Admin is THE department you MUST reach, and they can only be reached by email: [email protected]
While this is true with regard to accounts that have been suspended, it is no longer true when referring to compromise specifically. I just wanted to add some clarification, but thank you for endeavoring to assist!
