Just recently came back to wow from a 4-5 month break n before i quit i had my 80 rge 80 hunter n 72 mage but when i came back all of them were gone n all i had was my 50 palidan i sent a email like 3-4 days ago but have yet to get a response and opened a ticket but have not got a response on that in about 2 days.

My records show that you submitted a petition roughly 29 hours ago, and another 5 hours and 21 minutes ago, mate. I believe restoration times are running roughly five days at this time, though. This is only based off of the information available to me, and is by no means a guarantee of the timeframe your restoration may take. Please understand that each investigation is different, so individual investigations may take more or less time than that. Also, the wait for a completed investigation can fluctuate substantially based on the number of requests submitted to the queue in a given period of time.

As I mentioned above, I have checked on your petitions, and can confirm that it is still in queue awaiting further investigation. Be sure that you leave the petitions be, and do not cancel them for any reason, lest you be sent to the back of the line. Similarly, you should refrain from submitting a secondary petition from the character you initially submitted the petition from.
