Blizzards privacy policy states that:

Q u o t e:
Children Under 13
Once a child states that his/her age is under 13, we do not collect or store any personally identifiable information such as name, address, or email address.

Has Blizzard stated how they plan to enforce forum posts and real ID information for people that state/claim they are under this age?

While I undertand the "Advised age" for playing this is older, there is no law or requirement that I've seen that ban children from WoW/SC/Diablo

Will Blizzard be giving them filler names as they cannot store their real name or will they be disabling Real ID for these accounts?
