Does Real ID Violate the ToS Agreement?

I was wondering about this, as far as WoW's ToS, does it mention that any information regarding personal information (aka names) that you give blizzard may be used to any manor blizzard wants? After skimming over the ToS, I couldn't really see anything that fell under the category of personal information (as far as names and public viewing), and was wondering if blizz never included it within the ToS? I mean, if they never warned you, does that mean it's legal to do anything with that data?

Just asking since it feels this Real ID was thrown at us unexpectedly and we're just suppose to deal with it. As most companies should listen to their customers, I haven't really seen anyone agree with this new gimmick, rather, they dislike it a lot. Perhaps it should go under re-examination to fix some features, and released back to us when it's actually done.
