Concerning the penalty volcano

I just sat through like 10 minutes of whispers of unspeakable things, because I made somebody "upset" in the game.

Constant verbal harassment filling up my whisper screen from people of the same realm.

Nasty verbiage, and verbal/sexual harassment.

Anyway, my question is this:

Will the dozens of whispers only count as 1 infraction?

Or will the dozens of whispers count as many infractions?

It's a shame the penalty volcano seems so steadfast as to how the penalites are distributed. Maybe they could add a section that informs the player *penalties may be more severe/less severe when our investigation is concluded*.

Perhaps there is, and I'm just not finding it. :)

I think this is the section of the Penalty Volcano documentation you were looking for, mate:

However, we must also factor in the severity of the infraction and how often the player has violated our policies in the past. Based on these factors, the penalty may be moved up the Penalty Volcano, up to and including Account Closure.
