Your ticket has been escalated

Hello!

Just wondering what this means? My open ticket reads, "Your ticket has been escalated".

I'm trying to get an item that got vendored a month ago restored, is this escalation deal a good or bad thing?

If I recall correctly item restoration cannot be performed by all persons capable of answering a ticket thus it has been passed on to those who have the power to address it.

Essentially correct. Not all Game Masters are able to assist with all issues, the front line Game Master will usually look into the request and if it is something that requires additional or specialized assistance they will direct it to the appropriate queue. This can be anything from Item or Character restoration to Compromises, Scam investigations or Quest Reward assistance.

Time in queue is calculated from when you originally submit the petition, not from when it is escalated so do not fear that you are being moved from one line to the back of another line.

Make sure you do not close out your petition, you may play normally on the petitioning character, switch to an alternate character or log out for the day. As long as you do not close your petition you will retain your place in queue.

Edit: I would recommend editing your petition though. Though the majority of our Game Masters also play the game and are familiar with drops from specific locations it helps to avoid confusion by using the name of the item you are requesting restoration. You mention an offhand, a staff and a dagger in your petition but never name the item you want restored. :)

Hope it's better explained now... I want my offhand back ={

Did you edit your petition, Crucifixion? I don't see any changes made to it, it still does not name the item that you are looking for.

For example, if you wanted a shirt restored you'd want to say "My Epic Purple Shirt was vendored a month or two ago, I would like it restored if possible".

If you simply leave it at "shirt" you may receive a response asking for the name of the item. :)
