Actually there are consequences for trolling, if you use the bio-hazard symbol a report will be sent to our Moderation Squad who will review the post and take what actions are appropriate. Given the volume of posts received daily this may take some time to get to. Our goal is to make these forums a safe and friendly environment to discuss the game and related topics on and we have been taking steps to do just that.

That's the thing, Loknavos, you seem to be asking for an address to just send general feedback directed to the In-Game Support department.

If you wish to provide feedback regarding a member or members of our In-Game Support staff the [email protected] is the best address for that.

If you wish to comment on current response times, well truthfully, we know and we are working to improve response times though this obviously is a far more complex issue that will take awhile to resolve.

If you wish to provide feedback regarding our policies or what we are able to assist with the Suggestion forum is the best method to do that as that forum is reviewed by our Community Managers and feedback is collected for the appropriate parties.

If you must have an e-mail address for just general feedback not directed at a specific Game Master or employee of Blizzard though the best one would still be [email protected].
