Is this considered griefing/harassment?

so this one person will not stop stalking me in game and i had to leave guild and ignore him to get away from him... but hes even found a way around that

he just mass sends tells to anyone telling them that i wanted to talk to them, i got maybe 200 tells through out the day saying things from;

"******* told me you wanted to talk to me?"
"yes?"
"hello?"
"you wanted me?"
"******** said u wanted to whisper me"
"someone named ******* said u wanted to speak with me"

There were so many others too, i got so many i ended up having to log out for a while, came back 2-3 hours later and got more whispers of the same manner

is this punishable or am i doomed to just get spams ultimately from someone i am already ignoring every day?

Just to wrap it all up and put a nice bow around it: if you put another player on ignore and that player creates additional characters to circumvent the ignore feature or has other players whisper you to circumvent the ignore feature, this may be considered in violation of our policies and result in account action. I strongly suggest reporting this issue by opening an in-game petition or by using the [email protected] email address. Should you have any questions, please let us know.
