All keybindings reset

I'm not sure if I see this as a bug or if my account is still compromised.
When I got hacked all of my 1 - 0 key bindings were reset, this morning I got on and every single key binding was unbound.
I have scanned my computer with like 5 different programs and they cannot find anything.

It's possible that these keybindings were reset as a result of the compromise, Hoboboxes. Because keybindings and macros are saved on the server, any edits changes made at one location will make the change for all locations.
