Unfortunately, as your fellow players have stated early on, there's little information I am able to provide in regards to why your friend's account is inaccessible or when it will be made accessible. What I can do, however, is encourage you to have your friend contact our Account Administration department by e-mail at
[email protected]. They will happily review this issue and do whatever they can to assist him.
Should you have any further questions, please let us know by creating a new thread. Because this one appears to have gotten out of hand, however, I am electing to lock it. Should we start afresh, please refrain from bumping the thread, making multiple off-topic comments, and arguing with various other posters. For those of you who are not seeking help, please be respectful of the players who are seeking help; posting accusatory or disruptive comments is completely unnecessary even if the information is accurate or correct.
