Need mobile authenticator reset on account

Greetings,

I had to factory reset my phone and now my mobile authenticator isn't working. I tried the re sync, but it wants me to log into my battle.net account to set it up. Well now I can't log in because it wants me to use the authenticator haha.

So, I called customer support and the queue is full. Could a Blue help me here?

I'm afraid that there are only two methods by which to have this issue addressed, and posting on the Customer Service forum is not one of them. You will need to either call our Billing department or submit a Terms of Use form (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=21469). Our Billing representatives will do their absolute best to assist you as soon as possible.

If you're having difficulties getting through to our Billing phone lines, please try pressing redial immediately after you hear the message indicating that all of our representatives are busy. This will allow you the best opportunity to enter the queue system.
