Help authenticator added and been hacked

i have just had the authenticator come up on my login and i dont have one attached to the account. I must admit i am panicing a bit even though the support says not to panic lol. Is there any way you can help me. Its making me ill.

I have managed to change the password but thats all i can do. I have been able to login here too without the prompt for the authentication number. Could you pls have a look and see if you can fix this for me.

Any details you need let me know and i will give you my private email addy.

See if you can access this account with your latest password, Qmerrin.

It is going to be vital that you find out how they got hold of your password and ID or the chances they'll be back are VERY high.

You may also want to look into getting an authenticator for your account. It's no substitute for good security habits, but it will help keep them out of your WoW account.

Just make sure that your system and email are secure so they can't come back in. There is one thing worse than this happening - it is if it happens AGAIN.
