I just got my account back from being hacked months ago
I talked to an awesome GM to helped me in 15minutes get it back after 2months

Now it's still locked? and I can't play?

How long will it be locked for??
should it be locked?

Back in May, we sent you an email when this was locked up.

They are waiting on confirmation from you that your account is secure and it's you in control of it.

If you go to this webform and follow the steps, that should be all that this is waiting on, although it may still take a little while once we receive that to get this unlocked for you.

Really depends.

They do try to get to those as soon as possible.

I don't have a current ETA I'm afraid.
