Anyone elses BOA gear missing?

Hi i sent a mail from my alt to another alt containing my 3 boa pieces but for some reason when the mail arrived it came with no attachments thus meaning the BOA gear has gone some where but not to any of my alts :S? i have opened a ticket im just waiting for a reply now, but has this ever happend before?

by the way if this is in the wrong place move it please :)

It looks as if the BoA items never made it into the mail, Paladinftw. They're still on the character that was deleted. I do see that you have a petition open at the moment, so a member of our Game Master staff will do their best to assist you in recovering these items as quickly as possible.
